Présentation

En juin 2006, S.A.S le Prince Albert II de Monaco a décidé de créer Sa Fondation afin de répondre aux menaces préoccupantes qui pèsent sur l’environnement de notre planète.

 

La Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco (FPA2) œuvre pour la protection de l’environnement et la promotion du développement durable à l’échelle mondiale. La Fondation soutient les initiatives d’organisations publiques.

7e édition de la Superyacht Chef Competition

Le Yacht Club de Monaco remet le couvert cette année avec la 7e édition de sa Superyacht Chef Competition, initiée par Joël Garault. Devant un jury exceptionnel, à l'image de son Président, le meilleur ouvrier de France et deux étoiles au Michelin, Philippe Etchebest, les chefs passent 3 par 3 dans trois manches différentes. Ils ont 5 minutes pour imaginer leur plat et 40 minutes seulement pour le transposer dans l'assiette et tenter de convaincre.
