J-4 avant l’ouverture des Jeux Olympiques de Paris 2024 : Mathias Raymond, Chef de mission Paris 2024 pour la délégation monégasque est arrivé sur place.

Yann Payen est Chef du bureau formation, instruction, sport dans le Corps des Sapeurs-Pompiers de Monaco depuis 2018, mais également athlète de haut niveau. Des compétitions de triathlon aux courses d’ultracyclisme, c’est un homme qui se challenge et affronte les défis avec l’humilité propre aux pompiers.

Benjamin began in real estate as a sales assistant for a boutique brokerage firm on the Upper East Side while studying International Business. His passion for bespoke client services led him to then sell exotic cars for Ferrari and Jaguar/Land-Rover, before leaving the United States to earn his Master’s Degree in Luxury Business Management from IUM.

Since returning stateside in 2018, his focus has been serving the marketing and design needs of preeminent Manhattan developers in new luxury residential construction.

Drawing on his 10+ years of expertise advising on luxury lifestyle purchases, Benjamin excels at building exceptional client relationships and is a master in the art of negotiation. His love of New York City inspired him to join Douglas Elliman and raise the bar on the quality of service he could offer to his buyers and sellers.

Outside of consulting for his clients, he is always finding an excuse to head back to Monaco – his self-proclaimed second home, roaming the Upper East Side for architectural gems and diligently studying Italian.

Une dernière étape dans leur périple qui aura duré plus de 3 semaines au même rythme que la célèbre compétition de cyclisme.

Une belle initiative qui vise à promouvoir la mixité dans le sport.
