Earlier this year, 10 young environmental leaders from around the world came together in Monaco for the 2026 Re.Generation Future Leaders Campus.

Held from 22 to 30 May, the fourth edition brought together emerging leaders from different countries, disciplines and professional backgrounds, all already turning their commitment to the environment into action.

Throughout the Campus, participants strengthened their leadership and communication skills, took part in masterclasses and exchanges with experienced professionals, and built connections with one another and with the wider Re.Generation network.

Launched by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation in 2023, the Re.Generation Future Leaders Program supports young people under 35 who are helping shape environmental action across science, conservation, entrepreneurship, finance, media, policy, innovation and other fields.

The Campus is only the beginning. Participants continue to benefit from opportunities to develop their networks, visibility and public speaking experience throughout the year.
