Today, Noemi works at SPORTEL, where she combines a strategic and commercial mindset to drive client acquisition and develop strong partnerships.

With a background as a professional tennis player and FITP tennis coach, Noemi brings a unique perspective to the sports business world, understanding the industry from both the field and the boardroom.

In 2025, she also launched Sportiva, a podcast dedicated to amplifying the voices of women in sports, from athletes to decision-makers. Through this initiative, she continues to contribute to storytelling, community-building, and innovation within the sports ecosystem.
