Patrick Brizmann graduated with his bachelor’s degree in 2020.
A few months after his graduation, he launched « Charlotte Grace, » a new luxury jewelry aiming to create unique pieces and connect people from around the world.
Charlotte Grace is a new but already successful jewelry brand. The brand has been featured in Highsnobiety (a global fashion and media brand passionate about products and the stories that shape them), which has recognized the Zipper Bracelet (La Fermeture Éclair) as an Investment-Worthy piece that will stand the test of time.
Charlotte Grace is also cited in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung Magazine (Beauty Special March 2022).

Matthieu is a business partner at Oktave, where he oversees consultancy projects and instructional design, developing business-focused and inspiring programs every step of the way.

He graduated with a Doctorate in Business Administration from IUM in 2021, where he conducted research on the topic of the luxury sales team’s efficiency and competencies.

Before joining OKTAVE as manager, Matthieu developed a deep understanding and extensive expertise in learning and development while working in China for 15 years. During that time, Matthieu was responsible for delivering his assignments all throughout Asia to support Fortune 500 companies and provided specialized training in sales and management for luxury retail brands.

? Ever since she was a little girl, Charlotte Barbotin has been fascinated by gems and jewelry.
? After some business studies and an MBA from IUM in 2015, she worked in the luxury industry for several years.
? To follow her passion for the jewelry world, she studied gemology at the Paris Institut National de Gemmologie, where she graduated in 2020.
? She felt ready to launch her own companies, “Investing in Gems” and Charlotte.b Jewelry in 2021.

The 16-month program aims to combine the capability of strategic vision on sustainability with understanding the role of technology and innovation in sustainable business. In particular, the program focuses on environmental, energy, and mobility technologies.

This Master of Science will enable students to develop strategic practices and mindsets to identify and size the actions organizations could take to act as catalysts of effective change.

? Katharina Kull founded Kull & Consultants, a strategic consultancy specializing in social media, which offers strategic consulting for Branding & social media and social Media Workshops for companies, Account Management, and Content Creation in 2019.
? Katharina graduated with her bachelor’s degree from IUM in 2017.
She also studied law because she understood the rising importance of Social Media law for her industry.
? Lastly, Katharina is a big fan of female empowerment. This is why she launched her podcast « HappyKidMonday – Monday only sucks if you don’t do what you love » in 2018. She interviews females (& males & everybody with an encouraging story to tell) who share their entrepreneurship journey and, more broadly, about their life as a woman, wife, mum, and professional.
