Experiential Learning: Pitching Ideas for a Better Ocean

👉 Last June, Rebecca Sidalova, a Bachelor's student, took part in the Monaco Ocean Protection Challenge, an international business pitch competition bringing together students, recent graduates, and young entrepreneurs committed to developing innovative solutions for ocean preservation. 🌊 Working alongside another Bachelor's student and two Master's students, Rebecca experienced firsthand what it means to transform an idea into a viable business concept. From brainstorming and teamwork to developing a business model and pitching to a professional jury, the challenge provided invaluable hands-on experience. 🌊 Beyond the competition itself, the event was an opportunity to collaborate with students from different academic levels and nationalities, exchange perspectives, and discover how diverse cultures approach entrepreneurship and innovation. 🌊 At IUM, these real-world experiences are an integral part of our educational approach.
