? The IUM Bachelor’s degree program is an undergraduate program that attracts highly skilled and talented students worldwide who recently graduated from high school.
? The three-year Bachelor in Business Administration is entirely taught in English. The third year focuses on a specialization to deepen the student’s knowledge in more specific sectors: Luxury, International Finance, or Sports and Event Management.
? Students are exposed to a rewarding and challenging learning experience. During the business administration course, they acquire critical and strategic thinking skills and learn how to master various business methods. IUM’s pedagogical approach is based on experiential learning, requiring students’ active participation in business events, company projects, business plan competitions, and continuous interactions with IUM’s business partners.
? The program is also well known for its versatile international student body and the numerous opportunities for studying abroad: international business internships, business courses, and other academic programs allow them to acquire a unique experience and start international careers.

A Master of Science (MSc) in Sports Business Management at the International University of Monaco can offer a comprehensive education in the sports industry, including business, management, and marketing strategies, as well as a focus on international and global perspectives.

The program can prepare students for leadership positions in the sports industry and provide opportunities for networking and hands-on experience through internships and real-world projects. Additionally, the location in Monaco offers access to a thriving sports community and numerous networking opportunities with industry leaders.

The program aims to give students a strong foundation in Luxury Management, making them understand the theoretical framework, the principles of luxury dynamics, the luxury customers, and the luxury codes.

In 16 years, the MSc in Luxury Management has trained an extensive alumni community that is well established and continually growing across scores of countries and is now working in all luxury sectors.

The MSc in International Management prepares prospective managers and entrepreneurs to contribute significantly to companies’ performance worldwide while applying the purposes of responsible and sustainable futures to business operations in practice.

✔ She is an experienced Brand and Customer Experience (CX) Specialist with a demonstrated history of achievements in the luxury goods and services industry.
✔ She worked for several years for Luxury Maisons such as Guerlain or Christofle.
✔ She graduated with her MSc in Luxury Management from IUM in 2011.
✔ Albane is also an entrepreneur. She founded FrencHeritage, whose goal is the transmission of French savoir-vivre to individuals and professionals working in demanding codified worlds., in 2017.

? For more than 10 years, Caroline Frisenberg has been the Career Coach for the MBA students.

♦ Since 2012, Caroline has run Frisenberg J. & Associates, an Executive Search Firm and proud partner of Kennedy Executive Search. She has successfully recruited talent to both publicly held and privately funded companies across EMEA.
♦ Identifying, recruiting, hiring, and developing superior executive talent is at the core of her competence and affection. She has built several world-class organizations and applies that same drive to her own firm.
♦ Caroline served as President for Kennedy Executive in 2020; today, she is leading a diversity and inclusion practice group across the globe, assisting clients with attracting and retaining a diverse workforce.
♦ Her knowledge and experience in executive recruitment are a plus in guiding our MBA students to outstanding careers.

☑ Etienne Boutan launched Heex Technologies in 2019, a data management software for companies working on artificial intelligence.
Heex Technology filters and organizes a large amount of data for the training of AI models.
☑ Google invested in the company a couple of years after it started!
☑ Etienne graduated with his bachelor’s degree from IUM in 2016. Then he started working as an analyst in the finance industry.
☑ Before his studies, he was a professional basketball player.
☑ He has been featured in Vanity Fair’s 30 under 30 in 2021.

Patrick Brizmann graduated with his bachelor’s degree in 2020.
A few months after his graduation, he launched « Charlotte Grace, » a new luxury jewelry aiming to create unique pieces and connect people from around the world.
Charlotte Grace is a new but already successful jewelry brand. The brand has been featured in Highsnobiety (a global fashion and media brand passionate about products and the stories that shape them), which has recognized the Zipper Bracelet (La Fermeture Éclair) as an Investment-Worthy piece that will stand the test of time.
Charlotte Grace is also cited in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung Magazine (Beauty Special March 2022).

Matthieu is a business partner at Oktave, where he oversees consultancy projects and instructional design, developing business-focused and inspiring programs every step of the way.

He graduated with a Doctorate in Business Administration from IUM in 2021, where he conducted research on the topic of the luxury sales team’s efficiency and competencies.

Before joining OKTAVE as manager, Matthieu developed a deep understanding and extensive expertise in learning and development while working in China for 15 years. During that time, Matthieu was responsible for delivering his assignments all throughout Asia to support Fortune 500 companies and provided specialized training in sales and management for luxury retail brands.
